Before Four Seasons or Aman announced their ambitions at sea, The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection had already proved the concept. Its first yacht, Evrima, entered service in 2022 and demonstrated that a beloved hotel brand could translate to a ship without losing its identity.
A fleet of three
The collection now comprises three vessels: Evrima (2022), followed by the larger Ilma (2024) and Luminara (2025). The two newer ships were built by Chantiers de l'Atlantique in Saint-Nazaire, France, and are powered by cleaner-burning LNG — a nod to the collection's environmental positioning.
The experience
These are yacht-inspired ships: all-suite, most with private terraces, a marina platform for water sports, and a relaxed, resort-like rhythm with no formal nights. The aesthetic leans contemporary and design-forward — glamorous rather than austere — with the polished, anticipatory service the Ritz-Carlton name implies.
Where they sail
The 2026 season spans the Mediterranean, Northern Europe and the Baltic, and — newly — Alaska, across more than 90 ports. Voyages typically run seven to ten nights and favour smaller, harder-to-reach harbours that larger ships cannot enter.
