It is one of the most common questions in luxury travel: does Four Seasons have a loyalty programme like Marriott Bonvoy or Hilton Honors? The answer is no — and it is a deliberate choice that says a lot about the brand.

No points, by design

Unlike the big hotel groups, Four Seasons does not offer points, tiers or elite status. Its position is that service should be excellent for every guest, every time, rather than rationed according to how many nights you have banked. There is no status to chase and no points to redeem.

So how do you get perks?

Through the Four Seasons Preferred Partner programme. When you book a Four Seasons stay through an approved advisor, you receive daily breakfast for two, priority for a room upgrade, priority early check-in and late check-out, and VIP recognition — at the same rate you would pay booking direct. In effect, the advisor relationship is the loyalty programme.

There are no points to earn — but booking through a Preferred Partner advisor delivers the VIP treatment anyway.

The practical upshot

If you were holding off on a Four Seasons stay because there seemed to be "nothing in it" without status, the opposite is true: booking through us costs no more and adds tangible benefits to every stay. Reach out and we will take care of it.
