Tell us the shape of the trip and we will come back with options at the hotel's own rate, with daily breakfast for two, a hotel credit, and a room upgrade or better arrival timing where the property has space.
What happens after you send this
We reply within one business day with specific properties and what each one includes, not a brochure. You are not committed to anything by asking, and if booking direct would genuinely serve you better on a given stay, we will tell you that instead of talking you into it.
Say so in the message. It is the single most useful thing you can tell us.
Flagged to the hotel ahead of arrival alongside your reservation. Properties routinely respond with a room in a better position, a note from the manager, or something sent up on the evening you arrive.
The same mechanism, and it works best when the hotel knows a week out rather than at check-in, when the arrivals list is already set and the good rooms are allocated.
A first stay at a house, or anything past three nights, both strengthen the case for an upgrade. Worth mentioning even when it does not feel like an occasion.
What people ask before sending an enquiry.
No. You pay the hotel's own rate. The hotel pays our commission out of its own budget, which is why the price does not change and the amenities are added on top rather than billed to you.
No. There is no fee for asking and no obligation attached to the options we put together. If you decide to book elsewhere, or not to travel at all, that is genuinely fine.
Even better. Tell us the property and dates and we will confirm which partner programme covers it and exactly what is included, before you commit to anything.
No minimum. That said, the arithmetic favours you most on stays of two nights or more, since breakfast and credit accrue per night while a one-night stay gives the hotel little room to upgrade. For a single night at a modest rate, we will say so.
For small, scarce properties such as Aman or an independent luxury hotel, as early as you can, availability is the constraint, not price. For large city hotels on ordinary dates, a few weeks is usually plenty.
Hotel arrangements are the core of what we do and where the partner benefits sit. We can advise on transfers, dining and timing around a stay we are arranging, and will say plainly when something falls outside what we can add real value to.
